Cast: Ed Skrein, Charlotte Riley, Ulrich Thomsen, Callan Mulvey and Franco Nero
Plot:Diana Burnwood (Charlotte Riley) receives a notification at her computer that the tracking chip that ICA had implanted in Agent 47 has come back online. She rushes to the office of ICA director Erich Soders (Ulrich Thomsen) and tells him that 47 is back online. He asks her where 47 is located and she tells him that 47 is located in the small country village of Gontranno in Italy. Soders asks her why that location sounds familiar, and Diana tells him that's where 47's priest friend was taken.
Agent 47 (Ed Skrein) walks through the small village of Gontranno. When the various pedestrians and shopkeepers see 47 walking through town, they rush inside, leaving 47 to walk down the village streets alone like a ghost town. He starts walking up a steep hill toward the church.
Inside the church, Sergei Zavorotko (Callan Mullvey) sits with a gun aimed at Father Emilio Vittorio (Franco Nero). Sergei tells Vittorio that he will now get to see his pal Agent 47 die all because he wanted to rescue him. Sergei calls 47 foolish for doing such a thing, but Vittorio says that in the eyes of God, protecting a friend could never be considered foolish. Sergei scoffs at his remarks and tells his body guards to head outside and take care of Agent 47. Sergei then takes Vittorio over to a window to watch the ensuing violence outside.
A group of guards rush out of the church and confront Agent 47, who swiftly executes the guards with killer precision, not even breaking a sweat in the process. Agent 47 calls for Sergei Zavorotko to come out and face him like a man. Sergei exits the church and introduces himself to Agent 47, even though he feels like he's known 47 for years. Agent 47 assures Sergei he doesn't know anything about him. Agent 47 throws his gun aside and tells Sergei that he wants to kill him with his bare hands. Sergei tosses his gun aside as well and charges at 47, tackling him into the garden. 47 and Sergei fight, tearing the garden 47 previously planted to shreds. Inside the church, Vittorio holds his rosary beads praying as he watches the fight from the window. 47 lands several good hits on Sergei in a row, so Sergei grabs a shovel and starts swinging it at 47, who asks Sergei what happened to a fair fight. Sergei says there's no such thing as a fair fight. Sergei swings down the shovel toward 47's head, but 47 quickly grabs a pair of gardening shears from the ground and throws them at Sergei's chest. Sergei stumbles backward and falls in to a flower bed.
Agent 47 collects his gun and stands over Sergei, who is attempting to crawl toward his own gun. Agent 47 shoots Sergei in the head, then heads inside the church. Vittorio thanks 47 for saving his life and gives 47 his rosary. Father Vittorio tells 47 that it is not too late for him to follow a good path, the path of the Lord, but 47 tells him that he'll never be able to find inner peace. 47 walks out of the church, hanging the rosary on the door on his way out. Once he exits the church a helicopter lands out front with Diana inside. 47 looks back at the church and Father Vittorio, and gives him a nod, before climbing aboard the helicopter.
