Before we get to the weekly ratings, a special announcement from Mo Buck.
These last few have been pretty hectic for me and it has affected both my LRF and LRTV duties. My life has been punctuated by unexpected events recently and I need time to adjust my schedule to fit everything in it. There was supposed to be a two-week pause between the two halves of Last Resort Television, but it appears it will be longer than that. The break has been extended, but it will return sooner than expected. I believe this will also give our writers more time to prepare and to send in scripts. Thanks for understanding.
1. ROLLING STONE
Writer: D.R. Cobb / Executive Producer: Oliver Stone
This penultimate Season 3 episode appears to have slyly set up some potential story lines for the fourth season. Rolling Stone is a series that seems to flow effortlessly these days.
2. SHE-HULK
Writer: Chad Taylor / Executive Producer: Phoebe Waller-Bridge
This may have been the best episode yet of Chad Taylor's Marvel Comics series. The series has often been plagued have episodes where not enough happens, but that certainly hasn't been the case of late.
3. SHOWTIME
Writers: Mo Buck & Chad Taylor / Executive Producer: Steven Soderbergh
It was nice seeing Joe Manganiello back to wrap up his story line a bit. It will be interesting yo see how things end with the TCW crew next week.
4. CALL MY AGENT
Writer: Dominic Wilkins / Executive Producer: Jason Reitman
Daniel Craig's appearance as a glorified plumber was one of the funnier guest star roles of the season for Call My Agent.
5. L.A. NOIRE
Writer: John Malone / Executive Producer: Gavin O'Connor
While I liked that the mystery has taken a new turn, I found the cat and mouse game the detectives found themselves a part of to be a bit too repetitive.
6. MIAMI VICE
Writer: Roy Horne / Executive Producer: Peter Berg
Despite some decent action scenes, this last episode just didn't connect with me. Hopefully the upcoming season finale lands a little stronger.
